Having been diagnosed at an early age with high blood pressure, I learned early on how to be disciplined and create routines in my life that work for me. I learned a very essential principle early on in my fitness journey - doing what works best for my body. This includes building fitness routines, according to how my lifestyle looks in various seasons.
In 4 weeks, (2 sessions per week) I will not only help you achieve your fitness goals, I will also help you to create your goals, along with a custom, unique plan to accomplish them. Together, we will work to create a realistic and sustainable workout plan that will have you feeling your best - both inside and out. Along the way I will be completely accessible and provide health, wellness and nutritional advice and support, along with product recommendations. We will do regular check-ins, I will guide you on how to listen to your body and go at a pace that will help your fitness journey to last for a lifetime.
